Ordering

To place an order you can email us with your requirements or contact us by phone (Linda on 0408 338 086 or Jacquie on 0411 216 607).  We check our emails everyday and we will do our best to get your order to you within a few days. 

Please contact us at Let's Bead Friends and we will notify you of order total including postage. At this stage, we accept only direct deposit or money order.  We anticipate credit card facilities to be in operation very soon.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Postage is calculated on package weight and method selected. We are happy to organize Express Post or Registered Mail at your request.

When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Order quantities and description
  • Mailing address (for accurate postage calculation).

Every effort is made to ensure that the style number and colour you require is available. In the event that we do not have something, we will contact you.

Orders of 10 or more packets of slider components will attract a discount.  For larger orders, we are happy to provide quotes.

Shipping Charges:
Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels, the following options are available. Charges are automatically calculated by the shopping cart on check-out.

Options within Australia:
  • Australia Post Economy (2nd business day to main centres). Not insured.
  • Australia Post Express (Next business day to main centres). Trackable but not insured, but fastest method.
  • Registered Post - Insured and trackable (safest option)
  • If you are ordering via our on-line store you will be given the option of Economy Post which is Australia Post Economy rates, or Registered Post, and Express Post rates.


    Registered Post:
    We suggest you use Registered Post if you are concerned about loss or damage of parcels. Registered post includes insurance to the value of $100.00. For orders over $100.00 we will insure the extra value at our expense. Registered post requires someone to sign for the item on arrival, or if this is not possible, collect the item from your nearest Post Office.

    International Orders:
  • Economy Air Mail (3 to 14 business days depending on destination)

    We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system, and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post. Australia post does not accept responsibility for these any missing or damaged parcels unless the item is registered & insured.

    RETURNS:
    All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund/return please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at info@letsbeadfriends.com.au . Products need to be returned to us within 7 days in original condition if your return/refund is accepted. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    ERRORS:
    When you received your order please check it carefully and let us know if you find any errors. We do check each order carefully, however occasionally mistakes do occur despite our best intentions. We will always happily rectify errors immediately once advised.
